1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

1.1 Subscription Services

DesignEdge offers various subscription-based services, including premium content access, enhanced learning tools, and specialized courses.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.

1.2 One-Time Digital Purchases

For one-time digital purchases (such as e-books, design templates, or downloadable resources), the following refund policy applies:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • If the product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or if the product substantially fails to meet the advertised specifications.
  • No refunds will be provided based solely on dissatisfaction with the content or for change of mind after downloading or accessing the product.

2. Online Courses and Workshops

2.1 Self-Paced Courses

For self-paced online courses, the following refund policy applies:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the purchase date or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, whichever occurs first.

2.2 Live Workshops and Webinars

For live workshops, webinars, and scheduled training sessions:

  • Full refund available up to 7 days before the scheduled event.
  • 50% refund available between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • No refunds will be provided within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
  • If you are unable to attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or request access to a recording of the event (if available).

2.3 Course Bundle Packages

For course bundles or package deals:

  • Refund eligibility is based on the access level of all included courses combined.
  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the total bundle content has been accessed.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for individual courses within a bundle package.

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

3.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to access or use our products or services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issues, and if they cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may extend your refund eligibility period or provide appropriate compensation.

In the event of prolonged service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our system failures, we may provide appropriate compensation, which may include a partial refund, service credit, or extension of subscription periods. Compensation will be determined based on the duration and severity of the outage.

3.3 Special Promotions and Discounted Purchases

Products or services purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion may have modified or limited refund eligibility. Any special refund terms will be clearly disclosed during the purchase process for these items.

  2. Select the order for which you wish to request a refund.
  3. Click the "Request Refund" button and complete the refund request form.

  5. All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  6. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Currency and Payment Processing Fees
